I'm your host, Schae Zarew... its so nice to meet you.
The Women's Strength Collective has been an idea that I have had in my head for YEARS. After working in the fitness industry for the past 5 years, I've come to realise there is a complete lack of all encompassing events for females that have representation from some of the best in their field. I created this event to bring it all to you in one spot, on one weekend, in a room of strong women who are there for the same reasons as you.
As someone who has been involved in weight training since I was 15 years old, at 25 and after a really challenging two years feeling lonely within the strength community, I came to realise I perform and feel my best when I understand how to incorporate and build upon all the layers that contribute to my day-to-day health and self-confidence. From nutrition, psychology, physiology, body-image, and spirit, Women's Strength Collective is designed not only to leave you with the tools to implement and create your best self looks like long-term in both training and life, but to help you connect to others on the same path. We are a community of education and connection.
I've created it for the women who want to treat and love their bodies better, the mummas who need the tools to help their daughters write a different story about confidence and body-image, the women looking for their tribe, and the ladies who want to learn how to show the f**k up in training and outside of it too.
You will leave the weekend feeling fully confident within yourself and your body
You will unlock strengths and potential you weren't aware of
You will create connections that honour your best self
You will learn all the tools available to develop your strongest body and mind

Frequently asked questions
Where is it the weekend being held?
Women's Strength Collective will be held at The Strength Syndicate at 10 Weetangera Pl, Weetangera.
When is the workshop being held?
WSC will be held on the 21st and 22nd of November 2020.
What do I need to bring?
All you need to bring is an open mind, some water, and comfortable activewear clothing! Lunch is provided on both days and if you have any dietary requirments, please contact us as soon as purchase your ticket.
Are tickets refundable?
Tickets are non-refundable, however can be swapped to someone else's name if required.
Can I attend for only one portion of the weekend?
No, the weekend is designed to be an experience and it isn't recommended that you attend only one section.
Will WSC hold more events?
Yes, this will be one of many! We are starting off with a bang, however see more regular events occuring for women who wish to educate AND connect!
Do I have to have any lifting experience?
Not at all. You can attend this event at any level of experience and would be the perfect way for you to begin your lifting journey.
Can I bring my daughter along?
Unfortunately this weekend wasn't designed for our young women in mind, however WSC will be holding events in the future for this target audience!
